“…Ann helped us understand what makes a good home and shared information such as the bidding process, how to get our finances right, list to sell price ratios by areas, how best to use real estate websites, why homes are priced the way they are in certain locations etc. All this information helped narrow down our criteria and prepared us well to enter the market.
Ann has a solid network - Almost every seller agent we met in our buying process knew Ann, and assured that we were in safe hands. She is a sharp negotiator - the property that we bought had multiple bidding, Ann negotiated very well to close the deal. Above all, she is always very flexible and quick in following up with our or seller’s questions, scheduling time to check a house or make offers ready immediately, which I believe is critical in this crazy home buying market. It's hard to believe that Ann prepared our winning bid while she was on a vacation with her family in Hawaii! We had heard about her strong work ethics from many people, but this was truly a living example for us...”

“Ann is amazing. We are first time home buyers and she is exactly everything we were looking for. She is a teacher at heart so she has no problem explaining anything to you. My husband and I had A LOT of questions and she answered all of them within 10 minutes or less of asking via text or email. She has great communication skills, advocates on behalf of us throughout the whole process and will be ON TOP of everything. She has even gone through paperwork and verified a few things that we didn't think of asking about. I cannot express enough how much I'm so happy we chose her…She encourages you to get the best price, will tell you whether something should be considered a deal breaker (a house too close to a busy street or in back of a freeway) and will care about your life.
If it weren't for quarantine I'm pretty sure we would have been invited to her house for dinner. She clearly loves what she does so if you choose her (which I think you should) give her that appreciation, because trust me when I say this, she's one of the good ones!!”

We had a wonderful experience working with Ann. I couldn't believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions, and was awesome in guiding us through the entire process of buying a home. Initially we had mixed opinions on whether to buy a home in Dublin/Pleasanton, San jose or Fremont area, but she was patient enough to help us understand the pros and cons, come with us on open house tours, and guide us to our HOME! :). She was top notch in doing follow ups and answering any questions that would come up. Though she was busy on the day we mentioned about a home in fremont that we were interested, she made sure we see the house on the same day and was willing to meet us late in the evening to put together the offer letter. It was about 1:30 AM in the morning when we finished preparing the offer. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process, even though we were on a very tight time frame to get the offer sent out. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted.
Even after the offer was accepted Ann stayed on top of everything and would make sure everything goes as expected. She would personally follow up with every stakeholders, give regular updates, and would also encourage us to keep the timeline, and also resolve any issues that comes up with priority. She ensures that she will always be there anytime you need a help. I highly recommend Ann!
